Job Description:

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic, customer-oriented ‘Customer Service Representative’. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective CSR strategy.
The ideal candidate is genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills. They should be able to put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints.
The goal is to resolve customer complaints, drive up subscriptions and increase retention by forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Resolution of verbal and written customer queries/complaints,
• Managing the complaint ticketing system -- creating, tracking, and resolving tickets,
• Analyzing and reporting on complaints data and ticket resolution,
• Resolving complaints via phone, email, and our online ticketing system,
• Owning key KPIs and maintaining SLAs for optimal customer experience,
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Walk the extra mile to engage customers



Responsibilities:

• Experience in customer support
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Proficiency in English
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
• Market knowledge is a plus
• BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
